UDITIS joins dbi services within Sequotech

Delémont, January 6, 2022 – Sequotech Group is acquiring UDITIS SA, a specialized IT services company. The group is thereby executing its ambitious growth strategy aiming to strengthen its position in the Swiss market. As part of this strategy, Verium, a multi-family office based in Zurich, had acquired the majority of dbi services through Sequotech (formerly IT Data Holding) in November 2020. Through the acquisition of UDITIS, the group is further expanding its service portfolio. UDITIS’ founders and key team members remain significantly invested as shareholders and will continue to develop the company as part of Sequotech.

David Hueber, CEO of Sequotech and dbi services: “In UDITIS, we have found a company that complements ours in terms of services and especially in regard to approach and culture. Thanks to its strong market position and a highly qualified and motivated team, UDITIS will undoubtedly enable us to pursue our vision, to benefit from common market opportunities and to exploit synergies that are profitable for all parties. We are delighted to collaborate with the UDITIS team in this next growth phase.”

Michel Perrin, co-founder and CEO of UDITIS: “We believe that a group of companies with a common vision and values offers great agility. In Sequotech, we have found the perfect partner to help us expand our presence and technological expertise. This partnership enables UDITIS to profit from synergies while preserving our own identity.”

The companies that make up the group retain their independence, and there are no plans for staffing changes in any of the businesses.
